He began his career at The Abraaj Group in London, specializing in global credit, before transitioning to Nigeria, where he focused on healthcare investments. Shaun later joined Jefferies in London, advising on several high-profile transactions in the UK public M&A space. He co-founded and served as CEO of Akorn, a digital payment platform for international students. Akorn was successfully acquired by Crizac Limited, a global edtech company.
