Diana brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector across emerging markets. She is a seasoned executive with deep technical expertise in banking operations, digitisation and data valorisation. She has previously served as Chief Operating Officer in three financial institutions in Kenya and Mozambique, and as Chief Technology Officer for Africa at Opportunity International, where she oversaw technology operations across ten countries.

In 2013, Diana founded a consulting firm in The Netherlands and has since led more than 80 strategic and organisational transformation projects for financial service providers including impact investors, banks, fintechs and agritechs globally. She has served on the boards of three financial institutions and two agritech companies, and as a Board Digital Advisor to a leading impact investment fund in Norway.

Diana is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Her work is driven by a passion for advancing financial inclusion for smallholder farmers, women, youth and small enterprises in emerging markets.
