The Bank continues to seek opportunities to contribute towards the development of the banking and finance industry, and in this vein launched the Capital Bank Graduate Trainees Programme on Tuesday June 26th 2018. The Bank awarded the opportunity to a total of 5 stellar-performing graduates from Botswana tertiary institutions.
